Please forgive me this naive question, but I never was much active here and then decided to read some (interesting) threads in the last couple of days (after getting no reaction to bug reports) which have raised even more questions, than they would actually answer my original question. Where's the (support) staff? Why won't they respond to threads (anymore)? Why are there so many pending bugs? Why are there no frequent updates? Why is there no active staff, here at the forums?
